Legal Mapping

As part of any sale of land, or subdivision of a property, your solicitor will specify that you require an original Land Registry Compliant legal mapping.

Bell Associates can prepares legal mapping for you, sometimes in conjunction with a measured survey, with the proposed area highlighted, including area calculation.

Some properties may not have been previously registered, and may have to go through a process called First Registrationclick here for technical data from PRAI

Instructions: click the guest button on the landing page, accept the terms and conditions, then click on the search option in feint grey menu at the right hand side of the page.

Select the street or townland from the search menu box, then type in your address.

The quickest way to locate your property is to input your eircode.

If your site or property is not outlined in red, or does not light up red if you click on it, then it has not been registered.

Due to new, exacting Property Registration Authority requirements, all our mapping is measured, surveyed, and completely drawn in autocad.

Our standard fee for a standard registration map is €325.00 plus vat.

Our standard fee for a multi-storey registration map is €450.00 plus vat.
